A group of people came together to clean the area in front of the Chisinau Lyceum “Gheorghe Asachi” and other areas of the city, in particular those near public transport stations. They gathered the broken branches and removed the snow. The volunteers were mobilized through a social networking site.

Leader of the Association “Unirea-ODIP” Vlad Biletski has told IPN that such an action is an additional reason for the people to show that they care. Everyone should treat the situation in which Chisinau it is now with responsibility and dedication.

“Our key goal is to clean the trolleybus stations and sidewalks. We gather together the branches so that those from the Green Areas Association could collect them swiftly and easily when they come,” he stated.
