Chisinau water supplier opens new commercial and customer assistance center

SA “Apă-Canal Chisinau” has opened a new commercial and customer assistance center designed to ensure a direct relationship between the consumer and the supplier. According to the company’s administration, the new center was outfitted with the most modern information technology for swiftly serving customers. These will have access to 11  counters and three pay desks. Two employees will receive water meters for checkup and repair. By 16 persons could be served simultaneously there, IPN reports.

“Apă-Canal Chisinau” director general Valeriu Meșca said the inauguration of the center forms part of the reforms aimed at increasing the quality of the provided services. “For a company that is in the people’s service, our customers are very important. This way, for our clients – private individuals and business entities – the company “Apă-Canal Chisinau” implemented a complex and efficient public relations system that will serve all those who need information or consultancy. All those who want can do it by phone or directly here, at the commercial and customer assistance center,” stated the director.

Attending the inaugural event, acting mayor Ruslan Codreanu noted that the consumers’ comfort should be a priority for any municipal enterprise that provides services. “I want to call on you to be benevolent and amiable with clients so that the consumers are not only served swiftly and in a proper way, but these are also satisfied with the attitude of the employees of ACC,” he stated.

The first visitors welcomed the opening of the new center. At the entrance, everyone could take a ticket with the number of order and waited for their turn in the hall.

The center was outfitted at a cost of 3.3 million lei used from the water supplier’s resources.
