We are happy to announce our Customers, Shareholders and the General Public that after respective Analysis, Teamwork and Mentoring by international Consultants, the MAIB Refreshed Strategy for 2021 - 2024 was approved by the Supervisory Board and presented to middle Management in a closed event. The Refreshed Strategy will ensure the Success of the future Initiatives and their continuity at the Highest Standards.

The new mission of MAIB is: To create a new standard of Customer Experience to make lives easier, better and more mobile.


MAIB new Vision is: To be just a click away from all our Customer, whatever they do and wherever they are.

The Refreshed Strategy focusses the Customer in the Center of Attention - all Efforts and Changes will be directed to provide better Services and Products to each client who will choose Moldova Agroindbank as a financial partner for his/her Needs. Therefore, the Bank is implementing a series of strategic initiatives that will add value to our main objectives.


The initiatives can be grouped into the following four areas:

- Transition to a new Banking Model where the customer is in the center of all our decisions;

- Development of the Digital Banking Products and Services;

- Exploration of opportunities of listing the Shares on an international Stock Exchange (depending on shareholder approval);

- Expansion in the Region with digital banking Products and Services.
