The only castle in our country opens its gates wide for all visitors eager to experience a fairy-tale day in the company of the white-bearded Santa Claus. We invite you, along with your families and friends, on December 9th, to feel the magic of the winter holidays.
All visitors will be able to warm up with complimentary hot drinks – unlimited mulled wine for adults and tea for the little ones. At the fairytale booths, you'll find delicious treats, including traditional pies, succulent skewers, and sugar-and-cinnamon pretzels.
We've prepared entertainment and surprises for both children and adults. The little ones will be greeted by the clown Bombonel and the magician Gary Cozma with his magical bunny, while adults are invited to a gathering organized by the artists of the Moldovan Village "Buciumul." Guests will have the opportunity to admire ancient musical instruments, discover St. Andrew's traditions, and conclude with listening to a carol.
Scheduled tours will take place in the cellars of Castel Mimi, and throughout the event, visitors can take memorable photos at the photo booth, which they can take home to include in their archive album.
We will decorate the castle courtyard with thousands of lights, creating a magical atmosphere. The impressive Christmas tree will be the star of the evening when, together with all our guests, Santa Claus will countdown and inaugurate the festive lighting on the tree.
Christmas hits will resonate throughout the day, and traditional carols will be performed by the artists from "Buciumul." At the end of the evening, all present children will receive chocolate gifts from the most beloved grandfather – Santa Claus.
For an unforgettable atmosphere and memories, we invite you to come to Castel Mimi on Santa's train, which will depart exclusively for our guests from Chișinău Railway Station.
Celebrate winter at Castel Mimi and let yourself be carried away by the magic of the holidays!
