Eurowings, the low-cost company of Lufthansa group, will provide flights from Chisinau to Germany’s Stuttgart and Cologne. The first flights will be operated as from May 1, 2024, IPN reports.

“Friends, as I promised, we have good news about new destinations and new companies that will operate flights from the Chisinau International Airport,” said Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Andrei Spînu.

The Chisinau - Stuttgart flight will be operated on Wednesday and Saturday, while the Chisinau – Cologne flight – on Tuesday and Friday. Tickets will be available from next week.

“We will continue to bring more direct flights to/from the Chisinau International Airport. Have nice trips,” noted the minister.
