The branch is organized into zones dedicated to different customer needs, designed and implemented for fast banking without the need to go to various counters for multiple transactions.
Self-service area – dedicated to quick banking operations such as paying bills, reimbursing the loan, checking the account, top up the account etc.
Transactional area - enables the facilitation of multiple transactions at a single counter, with faster service, saving valuable time for everyone.
The consulting area facilitates direct communication, being semi-private, relaxing and suitable for making important decisions, such as those related to mortgages, business loans or things alike.
The "Drochia" branch also has a meeting room for business discussions of maib customers, for ideas and future plans. The branch is open every day, from Monday to Friday, between 08:30 and 16:30, without a break.
