Romanian companies’ presence in Moldova is a strategic point toward other markets of the region
The presence of the Romanian companies on the market of Moldova is seen in the Romanian business environment as a strategic point of investments toward other markets of the region, Mariana Dicianu, manager of fair and exhibition company „Romexpo” JSC. Even if she recognized that the interest of Romanian companies to make businesses in RM it is not as big as that of Moldovan companies to enter the Romanian market, Dicianu mentioned that the Romanian Economy Days in RM would have an informative character, especially regarding the operating procedure on the market of RM and fiscal facilities provided to investors. She hopes that at the end of the event there will be drafted the directions that the Romanian business will act on the market of RM. The event is a symmetric moment of the RM Economy in Romania, Dicianu noted. According to her, Romanian Economy Days in RM will join three events – an exhibition presenting companies, a mission and an economic forum, making a report on the events of Bucharest and Chisinau, in order to shape the cooperation availability of Romanian and Moldovan businessmen. Romanian Economy Days in RM are held on 27 June – 1 July, at CIE „Moldexpo” in Chisinau. About 40 companies in food industry, agriculture, cosmetics, footwear, services, textile etc will take part in the event.
