A series of price rises occurred in the first half of this year, with a record high being witnessed in June, when gasoline COR 95 was sold for 33.90 lei a liter, while diesel fuel for 32.46 lei a liter.
The liquefied petroleum gas, for which the Agency does not set price ceilings, is now sold for about 16.70 lei a liter.
