ENEMO (the European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations) International Election Observation Mission (IEOM) to Moldova for the Local Elections of 20 October, 2019 will organize a press conference on Monday, 30 September, 2019 at 11 AM, at the premises of the News Agency “IPN” (Casa Presei, str. Puşkin 22, Chisinau).
The aim of the Press Conference is to announce ENEMO IEOM to Moldova, it’s plans for observation of the Local Elections, 20 October 2019. Furthermore, ENEMO will present the methodology and approach for election observation, Long term observers (LTO) deployment plan, reporting process and schedule.

The European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations (ENEMO) is an international network of 21 leading non-profit, non-partisan and non-governmental organizations from 17 countries of Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including two European Union countries, founded on September 29, 2001.
ENEMO seeks to promote civil society organizations’ involvement in societies with democracies in transition, towards improvement of electoral processes, greater transparency of the governments and their accountability to the citizens, and respect of basic human rights and freedoms. To achieve this aim, ENEMO works independently, or in cooperation with its member organizations.
ENEMO and all of its member organizations have endorsed the 2005 Declaration of Principles for International Election Observation and the 2012 Declaration of Global Principles for Non-Partisan Election Observation and Monitoring by Citizen Organizations.
