“We cooperate with all the airlines of the region and received promises that a number of the flights will be operated by these companies. New flights will be provided gradually and by July we must cover all the flights needed by our citizens,” Prime Minister Dorin Recean said when he was asked by journalists to comment on the continuous cancelation of flights, IPN reports.
Premier Recean noted that the Government is working with companies operating in Hungary, Poland, Romania and with local airlines.
The official stated that Air Moldova has been robbed by the Shor group. “Now those who purchased tickets and didn’t benefit from the service must make the relevant approaches and will be compensated, while those who robbed the company will definitely answer for this and will be punished,” he said.
Air Moldova airline announced that it extended the flights suspension period until June 16.
