The National Division was suspended until September 11. The matches of the ninth and tenth stages were rescheduled for the next month. A decision to this effect was taken by the Emergency Committee of the Moldovan Football Federation on August 14, IPN reports.
The Committee also recommended the clubs that are competing in the European cups - Sheriff, Sfîntul Gheorghe, Petrocub, and Dinamo Auto – to stay in quarantine until the matches of August 19 and, respectively, August 27. The Moldovan Football Federation also suggested that the clubs that do not have the own basis should stay at the training center in Vadul lui Vodă.
The National Division restarts on September 11 with the matches of the ninth stage, namely: Dacia-Buiucani - Sheriff, Dinamo-Auto - Codru, Petrocub - Zimbru, FC Florești – Milsami, and Speranța - Sfîntul Gheorghe.
