The MPs are asked to accept the dissolution of Parliament and the organization of snap parliamentary elections.
In a news conference at IPN, Gheorghe Savastin, who presented himself as a civic activist, said the current legislative body led the country to chaos and a political crisis. Analyzing all the things done by the legislature, the people can renounce the services of the MPs. Therefore, they should resign.
“Allow us to hold snap parliamentary elections so as to overcome the political crisis,” urged the activist. The man considers the country can be taken out of the chaos only if the MPs resign.
He also said that namely the MPs are to blame for the low quality of living standards. “The wish and demand of the people is for you to tender your resignation of honor so that snap parliamentary elections could be held. Or we will meet in front of the Parliament Building and the words and results will be different then,” he stated.
Cazimir Cazac, who also said that he is a civic activist, criticized the ministries for their poor performance. The man noted that gasoline and diesel fuel grew more expensive the past few months and the farmers are not ready for sowing.
“A fish rots from the head down. Therefore, you should resign immediately. If you don’t do this during seven days, we will all come to Parliament. The people are hungry and no one wants to come to our country. Those who come see the living conditions here and go away,” stated Cazimir Cazac.
Mihai Macarenco, a pensioner from Căușeni, said that during 30 years this gang of criminals and bandits has led us to devastation. “The guys who fought in Transnistria die from hunger and cold this winter, but no one looks at them. We need new people in Parliament,” stated the man.
If the MPs do not comply with the demands, the activists reserve the right to mount protests.
