After the disappointing game with the Faroe Islands, the national football team of the Republic of Moldova took revenge on the Czech Republic. The match played in Chisinau ended undecidedly, 0-0, IPN reports.
The Moldovan players created clear occasions for scoring and obtained the second point in the qualifying tournament of the 2024 UEFA European Football Championship. Moldova manager Sergiu Kleshchenko used the following players: Railean, Mudrac, Posmac, S.Cojocari, Moțpan (Postolachi 59), Nicolaescu (Stînă 83), Damașcan (M.Cojocaru 14), Caimacov, Crăciun, Revenco (S.Platica 83), Rață.
Moldova will now meet Albania in Tirana on June 17 and Poland in Chisinau on June 20.
