The Annual General Assembly of Prosecutors will take place on February 28, as the Superior Council of Prosecutors decided today. The Council also agreed the meeting’s agenda, IPN reports.
Superior Council of Prosecutors president Angela Motuzoc in the meeting said that under the law the General Assembly of Prosecutors is annually convened before March 1 and the date is announced one month beforehand. Even if the draft agenda was approved, this can be yet modified before the meeting and during it.
The agenda of the February 28 meeting includes the presentation of a report on the work of the prosecution service in 2019, the priorities of the prosecution service in 2020 and a report on the work done by the Superior Council of Prosecutors in 2019.
The decision is to be published on the websites of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Superior Council of Prosecutors. Subject proposals are accepted up until the meeting.
