Mediation – Mobiasbanca employs a new method of complaints resolution
More than 6,000 consumers were served in November by the Information and Payments Section of SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC). The customers asked for assistance in dealing with different situations and paid for the services provided by the water supplier, IPN reports.
In a press release, ACC says the Section’s specialists offered accounting services to almost 1,000 consumers and provided information to over 2,000 people. More than 3,000 people paid for services at the cash desk.
Consumers can seek help from the specialists of the Section located at 38 Albisoara St, office 101. Here, these can get answers to any question related to the water supply and sewerage service, starting with the elaboration of technical conditions for water supply and sewerage, coordination of projects to build water supply and sewerage systems, signing of contracts for water supply and sewerage services and ending with the payment of invoices for the provided services.
During ten years of the creation of the Information and Payments Section, over 300,000 consumers have been offered assistance in any issue related to the public water supply and sewerage service.
