The green line is designed to provide responses to questions about the provision of medical assistance at all the subdivisions of the Mother and Child Institute, including at the Clinical Hospital “Emilian Cotaga”, IPN reports.
According to the Mother and Child Institute, there was approved a new order concerning the mechanism for managing the register of complaints at the Institute. The patients are urged to ask for the register from section heads and write all their complaints and suggestions in it.
Also, starting with the end of January, there will be held training seminars centering on the provision of high quality medical assistance and observance by the Institute’s employees of the current regulations and protocols and the norms of ethics and deontology.
